What will you do?:You will be in charge of the Products related to our Energy Management Business, which are the different recurrent revenue business activities we do.

We expect you to create and evolve our products in order to:

  • Increase our
    market share.
  • Increase our
    average margin per customer. This includes both gross margin and product evolutions to optimize our cost structure.

Adding new products, business units to our Subscription strategy such as Mobility to increase the reach of our product offering. While this position is focusing on our Energy Management Business Unit, there's plenty of work and opportunities in other Product Areas that you can help, lead and contribute to.

In your day to day, we expect you to:

  • Build and narrow-down how our segment looks like in the market, how we approach it and how we capture it. This is, how to evolve our products in order to maximize this. We have made a huge step forward decommissioning our Gas Business and we need to keep forward and find ways to substitute that business, evolving our offering.
  • Participate and lead strategic initiatives that might arise in the following months:
  • Strategic Products.
  • Internationalization.
  • Selected strategic initiatives arising in our Purpose-Driven teams organization.
  • You will be responsible for Energy Pricing, working with Hedging, Finance and Data teams to create a coherent pricing strategy.
  • Lead the Supply Product team. It currently includes one person with a lot of potential that we want to maintain and help him grow. However, this team can grow if new products are created and evolved.
  • Be responsible for the interaction with all other key Product stakeholders: the product team is the most transversal area in Holaluz and needs to coordinate and influence decisions in areas such as Sales, Operations, Energy Management, etc.
  • As part of the Management of the company (C-Level1), have an active participation, introduce critical thinking into the team and make sure that we align business decisions with our Equity Story. Participate in our monthly management meetings to discuss next steps in our company, including Leadership team offsites.
  • You will report to the CPO, who also manages Technology and Data teams.
  • The CPO is also responsible for helping the CEO to deploy our Budget across the company.
  • This allows him to have an overview of what needs to happen to different areas, and thus usually needs to work in solving and/or deciding important decisions in different areas (e.g. pricing, investment, marketing and other kinds of decisions). We expect from you to help him with these decisions.
  • Doing so is also a way to increase your visibility of the company and your visibility in the company.
  • Work alongside our external consulting team.
  • We expect you to be challenging and have critical thinking. We also want you to be a relationship builder and leader that helps others to develop.
  • We expect you to have massive passion and ambition to achieve a 100% green planet.

After the first month you will know how everything is set up, you will meet your colleagues and you will start to acquire ownership: set up your own team dynamics, propose and lead your own initiatives and start to build your own path.

You will have already made many decisions on how to add value to your team and you will be working side by side with your colleagues, in other words, you will have seen the LIGHT.
