Buscamos jóvenes talentos que quieran iniciar su carrera profesional en Treatwell y crecer con nosotros a través de nuestro programa formativo.

Para ello, lanzamos un programa de empleabilidad juvenil con acciones concretas y un plan de carrera laboral.

La Sales Academy de Treatwell tiene el objetivo de ofrecer primeras oportunidades laborales a los jóvenes a través de nuestro programa formativo interno.

Te ofrecemos durante 6 meses una formación 360o completa y dinámica sobre todas las áreas de la empresa.

Todo ello a través de un proyecto formativo con metodología tanto práctica como teórica, apoyado en todo momento por 2 coaches y dinámicas de grupo.

Conocerás cómo trabajan y cómo están estructurados los departamentos de ventas, after sales, marketing etc.

Podrás unirte a Treatwell y comenzar la Sales Academy el 06 de Febrero 2023.

Qué harás:

  • Estarás mano a mano junto a un equipo de ventas joven y con ambición.
  • Aprenderás a nível interno cómo funciona una empresa tecnológica actual.
  • Aprenderás a analizar, negociar y cerrar acuerdos con clientes.
  • Aprenderás a gestionar a clientes junto con el departamento de after sales.
  • Te enseñaremos a trabajar con uno de los CRM más potentes del mercado, Salesforce.
  • Apoyo constante al equipo de ventas y after sales.

Sobre ti:

  • No es necesaria experiência laboral previa.
  • Ser proactivo/a y organizado/a.
  • Buen orador y con excelentes dotes de comunicación.
  • Conocer o interesarte el mundo de la belleza.
  • Muchas ganas de aprender y de comerte el mundo.
