They focus on offering English courses and supporting youth employment initiatives through partnerships with NGOs. With a diverse international team of young professionals, their goal is to assist individuals worldwide in achieving their objectives through English courses, study abroad programs, and more. This position provides an opportunity to make a positive impact while advancing professionally in a dynamic and collaborative setting.
Tareas
- Video editing using CapCut.
- Video recording.
- Creating designs for Instagram using Canva.
- Managing newsletters through Active Campaign.
- Implementing WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Providing customer service in Spanish and Italian to educate clients about the online English training program.
- Website editing with WordPress.
- Database management.
Requisitos
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Sales (not open to undergraduate students).
- Native Italian speaker with proficiency in Spanish and basic English skills.
- Proficient in office tools.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office or customer service roles.

- Strong customer service abilities.
- Passion for social media and technology.
- Detail-oriented.
- Organized, proactive, and sales-driven individual.
