Your contribution:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Assist the sales team in entering pricing conditions into our systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Support the team in generating and processing purchase orders in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate forecasting activities to ensure accurate and timely sales projections.
  • Provide backoffice support for activities related to core collection, including product retrieval at the end of their lifecycle, recycling initiatives, and contributions to our circular economy efforts.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records, generate sales reports, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


Required- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Fluency in Spanish and English is a must

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Previous experience in the [industry or sector] industry.
