Manolo Bakes está en crecimiento y estamos en la búsqueda de dos Líderes de Equipo (responsables de turno), con una sólida trayectoria en gestión de personal y conocimiento del sector, para nuestro nuevo establecimiento en el CC GARBERA (Donosti, San Sebastián).
Buscamos individuos apasionados por brindar un excelente servicio al cliente, con un enfoque profesional en su labor, comprometidos con sus colegas y amantes del mundo del café y la repostería.
Alguien con ambiciones de desarrollo en esta empresa, en consonancia con el impresionante crecimiento de Manolo Bakes.Requisitos
¿Qué se espera de ti?
- Experiencia previa en el ámbito de cafeterías, reposterías y hostelería.
- Trayectoria en supervisión de personal.
- Capacidad para organizar turnos.
- Destrezas en gestión de caja y pedidos, así como en auditorías.
- Habilidad para formar equipos y atender a los clientes, entre otras tareas.
- Colaboración directa con el Store Manager, desempeñando un papel fundamental como su principal apoyo.
