**What you´ll do**:

- Operational and business management of the Brokerage department in Spain reporting to Iberia Freight Manager
- Leading a team of 8-10 people
- Developing our brokerage business in Spain
- Supporting our sales force (including customer visits)
- Continuous follow-up on customs regulation and processes.
- Optimizing existing and new internal processes.
- Compliance with local regulation (Custom Broker License required)
- Communicate and liaise with key stakeholders including local and foreign customers, Customs Authorities, and relevant people and functions within the organization.

**What you´ll need**:

- Custom Broker License (Título de Representante Aduanero)
- Extensive knowledge about AEO requirements and processes (OEA).
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Brokerage regulation, process and procedures
- Leadership and collaboration skills, resilient team-player.
- Ability to make decisions, multi-task, and work under pressure.
- Goal-oriented, with ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Quality and efficiency driven, proactive, dynamic and well-organized.
- Customer centric attitude
- Fluent in Spanish
- English (written communication - required; spoken communication recommended)
- Microsoft systems and tools
