Job Description

Are you looking for a dynamic international work environment where you can:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations and business aspects of the Brokerage department in Spain under the supervision of the Iberia Freight Manager.
  • Lead a team of 8-10 professionals.
  • Expand our brokerage services in Spain.
  • Provide support to the sales team, including customer interactions.
  • Stay updated on customs regulations and procedures.
  • Enhance and streamline existing and new internal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations (Custom Broker License preferred).
  • Engage with key stakeholders such as local and international clients, Customs Authorities, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Detailed knowledge and experience in Brokerage regulations, processes, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities, with a resilient mindset.
  • Strong decision-making skills, adept at multitasking and operating under pressure.
  • Goal-driven, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Quality-oriented, proactive, dynamic, and well-organized.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft systems and tools.
