En Securitas Direct estamos en búsqueda de un/a Team Leader para unirse al departamento de Performance Improvement en el área de People de Operaciones.
Tu responsabilidad como Team Leader será la supervisión de Speech Analytics, participación en nuevos proyectos y análisis para identificar oportunidades de mejora operativa.
Principales responsabilidades:
Dirigir un equipo de Performance Improvement y coordinar sus funciones para apoyar su crecimiento. Planificar los recursos del equipo para brindar el mejor servicio operativo. Mantener una comunicación constante con las áreas operativas para satisfacer sus requerimientos. Gestión de relaciones con proveedores.Requisitos del puesto:
Experiencia mínima de 3 años liderando equipos, coordinando tareas, fomentando un ambiente positivo y garantizando responsabilidades cumplidas. Dominio avanzado de paquete Office (Excel, PPT, Power BI). Proactividad en la toma de decisiones. Soft skills: capacidad de comunicarse eficazmente con distintos perfiles y áreas, excelentes habilidades organizativas y analíticas. Capacidad de adaptación, flexibilidad para aprender y comprender nuevos conceptos en diversas áreas funcionales.
