About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Claims Senior Representative to join our IOH Provider Claims team in Madrid. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of claims.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  2. Review team performance and identify coaching opportunities to drive improvement.
  3. Own and manage BPO team scorecards, ensuring timely updates and coaching opportunities are identified as needed.
  4. Execute quality audits and report results to ensure quality targets are achieved.
  5. Engage staff to create a dynamic working environment, supporting the team and processes towards continuous improvement.
  6. Proactively optimize unit workflows to achieve set targets.
  7. Manage senior queues daily and monitor workflow to ensure TAT targets are achieved and inventory levels are managed.
  8. Identify and highlight risks in claims processes.
  9. Act as the first point of contact for escalations.
  10. Manage mainframe and financial transactions, as well as ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
  1. 1 year experience in processing provider claims.
  2. Ability to complete tasks with little or no supervision.
  3. Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Ability to take ownership.
  6. Demonstrated coaching and development experience.
  7. Ability to work well in a team environment.
  8. Computer literacy, especially in Excel.
  9. Ability to learn in a virtual environment.
  10. Excellent problem-solving skills.
  11. Confidentiality management of data.
  12. Leadership skills are a plus.
