We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Claims Senior Representative to join our IOH Provider Claims team in Madrid. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of claims.
Key Responsibilities- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Review team performance and identify coaching opportunities to drive improvement.
- Own and manage BPO team scorecards, ensuring timely updates and coaching opportunities are identified as needed.
- Execute quality audits and report results to ensure quality targets are achieved.
- Engage staff to create a dynamic working environment, supporting the team and processes towards continuous improvement.
- Proactively optimize unit workflows to achieve set targets.
- Manage senior queues daily and monitor workflow to ensure TAT targets are achieved and inventory levels are managed.
- Identify and highlight risks in claims processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalations.
- Manage mainframe and financial transactions, as well as ad-hoc projects.
- 1 year experience in processing provider claims.
- Ability to complete tasks with little or no supervision.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to take ownership.
- Demonstrated coaching and development experience.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Computer literacy, especially in Excel.
- Ability to learn in a virtual environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Confidentiality management of data.
- Leadership skills are a plus.
