En nuestra delegación de DSV Road San Fernando de Henares queremos incorporar un/a Jefe de equipo en el área de Tráfico Nacional y Almacén cuya misión principal será dar apoyo en las operaciones de transporte nacionales y procesos relacionados y gestión del equipo de distribución Nacional y Almacén.
Entre otras tareas, te responsabilizarás de:
Gestionar el equipo de Domestics de la delegación para conseguir los objetivos de calidad de servicio y coste establecidos por la dirección del área.
Seguimiento de KPI ́s (entregas, calidad, costes, etc.) para cumplimiento de objetivos.Control y optimización de costes.
Contacto con proveedores locales para resolver incidencias de entrega, negociación de tarifas, elaboración de propuestas, etc.
Responsable del cierre mensual del área (establecer ingresos y costes por transport).
Coordinación y motivación del equipo a cargo.
Coordinación de las entregas y recogidas nacionales de la mercancía de la delegación.
Será responsable de la gestión del almacén: optimizar, agilizar y desarrollar los procesos, así como coordinar el equipo humano.
Buscar la eficiencia y la eficacia de todos los procesos operativos del almacén.
Organizar las tareas del equipo y hacer los cuadrantes del personal del almacény control del almacén y de las cargas y descargas de mercancías.
Control diario floor-check de todo lo que queda en el almacén para detectar errores.Preparación de estadísticas y seguimiento de las mercancías.
Planificar los cambios de layout del almacén de tránsito, control del estado de material y maquinaria y mantener la organización y la limpieza del almacén.
