Administración:
Gestionar el proceso de incorporación de nuevos empleados (onboarding).Mantener actualizados los expedientes de los empleados y bases de datos de recursos humanos.
Relaciones Laborales:
Actuar junto con el HR director, como punto de contacto para consultas de los empleados.
Mediar en conflictos y resolver problemas laborales de manera efectiva.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de la legislación laboral y las políticas internas.
Desarrollar e implementar iniciativas de RSC relacionadas con recursos humanos.
Requisitos:
Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en un rol generalista de recursos humanos.
Conocimiento de la legislación laboral y las mejores prácticas de recursos humanos.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas y prioridades de manera eficiente.
Buen nivel de Excel.
