En Pérez-Llorca seleccionamos un/a profesional junior para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de Facturación y Cobros en nuestra oficina de Madrid.
Funciones:
Reportando a la responsable del Departamento, se encargará de:
- Gestión de facturación y envío de facturas.
- Registro de cobros y confirming de clientes.
- Cierre de asuntos y configuración de clientes.
- Reportes diversos (pendiente de cobro, facturación emitida, etc).
- Apoyo en plataformas de facturación de clientes.
- Gestiones de cobro.
Requisitos:
- Titulación: ADE, económicas, finanzas o similar.
- Imprescindible muy buen manejo de Excel: tablas dinámicas, fórmulas de búsqueda. Se hará prueba técnica en el proceso.
- Atención al detalle, capacidad de trabajo bajo presión y análisis.
- Valorable conocimiento de SAP y experiência previa en departamento de facturación.
- Un nível alto de inglés es valorable.
