Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the collection of outstanding debts from clients through effective communication methods.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of customer payments within the company's ERP systems.
  • Perform reconciliation of payments against invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with various departments and group companies to resolve discrepancies with clients.
  • Prepare financial reports related to client accounts, including ageing reports and internal control documentation.
  • Participate actively in cash flow forecasting by providing insights on customer payment trends.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, delivering clear and concise information from the collections department.
  • Work alongside legal entities within the organization to enhance collection efforts.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounts receivable processes.
  • Review and issue invoices and refunds, ensuring effective communication with customers.
  • Understand and apply local tax billing regulations.
  • Manage electronic invoicing through various platforms.
  • Generate internal control reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial operations.
  • Possess a minimum of two years of experience in collections or billing roles.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in accounts receivable modules within ERP systems.
  • Hold vocational training or higher education relevant to the role.
  • Exhibit experience in team leadership and management.
  • Be committed to teamwork and customer service, displaying a proactive and flexible approach.
  • Fluency in English (C1) is required; proficiency in German, Dutch, or French is highly valued.
