Becoming our new Technical Support Manager responsible for Southern Europe and MEA, you will be working with cutting-edge technology daily and become the manager of our great team
This is an onsite position, and you will work out of our office in Barcelona. Additionally, you will have approximately 30% of travel activity per year.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
- Support the technical team in solving technical problems, related to our customers
- Manage the matrix communication with the HQ team, regional ASMs and partners
- Coordinate the priorities and secure a continuous learning behavior inside the team
- Responsible for budget
- Distribute and organize the workload
- Communicate and deliver information to HQ
- Organize training to the team and to external partners
- Make surveys to increase our service quality
You've got what it talks to fit in at frontier of robotics

- An engineering degree
- Experience as a team manager
- Engineering experience related to service and/or projects
- English and Spanish fluently bot orally and in writing. Other languages are a plus
