El Gerente de Plataforma desempeña un papel crucial supervisando las operaciones eficientes yefectivas de nuestros almacenes en la zona geográfica asignada
Funciones:
Supervisión Operativa:
Gestionar las operaciones diarias, asegurando el funcionamientoeficiente del almacén; Implementar y optimizar procesos operativos para cumplir con losobjetivos de calidad, eficiencia y productividad
Gestión de Equipos:
Liderar y supervisar un gran equipo, que incluye personal del almacén,personal de distribución y personal administrativo. Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivoy colaborativo, promoviendo el trabajo en equipo y la responsabilidad.
Relación con el Cliente (principalmente interno, ventas):
Colaborar con los clientes paracomprender sus requisitos únicos y garantizar que el almacén cumpla o supere los NdS.
Control de Calidad y Seguridad Alimentaria:
Implementar y mantener rigurosas medidas decontrol de calidad para salvaguardar la integridad de los productos que distribuimos
Planificación Estratégica:
Desarrollar y ejecutar iniciativas estratégicas alineadas con elcrecimiento previsto en el plan sCore2030, asegurando la escalabilidad y adaptabilidad.
Cumplimiento de Salud y Seguridad:
Mantener y hacer cumplir estrictos protocolos de salud yseguridad para crear un entorno de trabajo seguro para todo el personal del almacén
Gestión Presupuestaria:
Gestionar los presupuestos de manera efectiva, controlando costosmientras se garantizan los más altos estándares de servicio
Requisitos:
Experiencia Previa de 5 a 10 años en Logística. Grado/Licenciatura en ADE, Supply Chain, Logística o campos afines. Inglés Avanzado Gestión de operaciones logísticas complejas. Conocimiento profundo de las operaciones de almacén, incluido el almacenamiento tritemperatura. Competencia en análisis y presentación de datos. Familiaridad con regulaciones de salud y seguridad. Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de almacenes (WMS) y otras tecnologías relevantes. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y gestión de equipos. Mentalidad resolutiva y capacidad de adaptación al cambio.
