WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

PagoNxt Merchant Solutions - Getnet is looking for a Head of eCommerce, based in our HQ in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid, Spain).


PagoNxt has the aim to consolidate payment businesses around the world through a differential value proposal in a business with great potential, creating the conditions and synergies to compete globally with the major international players in the sector.


To achieve this goal, we are migrating to a cloud based acquiring architecture in which products are built based on microservices and deployed at all markets simultaneously, shortening time to market and improving value for digital customers.

In order to define and build this products and services catalogue in the new digital commerce economy, we aim to attract best possible talent coming from leading players in the ecommerce space.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


As
Head of eCommerce products within the Value Proposition team, you will be responsible of defining and leading development of solutions to be deployed at our acquiring Platform, serving all Getnet markets and customers.


eCommerce acquiring business is evolving from a pure transactional business, into the provision of additional value services to customers, such as recurrent payments, token vault, analyticsproviding real customer value on top of pure payments processing.

We look for an expert leader that can guide and support the definition and construction of customer journeys, products and services on ecommerce payments


You will be joining the core Value Proposition at PagoNxt Merchant Solutions defining and governing together the global products and services catalogue of the company, in agreement with the local businesses.


You will work with both our internal & external partners, defining the development, integration / acquisition when needed, of external partners in our product and services catalogue.

You will also need to work with different markets and customers worldwide, expanding the footprint of Getnet to new countries, regions, verticals and segments.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

  • Product and Acquiring Value Added Services definition and delivery roadmap
  • Design and evolve the digital products catalogue that will be deployed at the Platform, serving our Merchants and the local Businesses, including, among others:
  • Checkout integration methods
  • Payment schemes and alternative payment methods
  • Smart processing / real time routing rules
  • International / multi acquiring
  • Token Vault and Automatic billing updater
  • Recurrent Payments and subscriptions
  • Marketplace and submerchants
  • Financial services for merchants and buyers
  • Testing / development environments
  • Fraud prevention
  • Reporting an analytics for platform, markets and merchants

EXPERIENCE

  • 10 years around acquiring / payment business with experience in ecommerce product strategy definition and development in the above mentioned topics
  • International customers and deployments
  • Familiar with product requirements definition and agile methodologies
  • Creation of business plans / business models

EDUCATION

  • University degree and MBA.
  • Technical / digital / business degree: engineer, digital marketing, telecommunication.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Acquiring business and retail services around payments
- eCommerce products

  • Payment gateways, transaction flows, ecommerce and value added services around digital merchants and digital payments, from the business and technical sides.
  • Alternative and innovative payment methods
  • Relevant Digital Players approach
  • Customer focused & business oriented

  • High level of English.
