Based on the unique value proposition and brand value of Getnet in Brazil, PagoNxt Merchant Solutions will be expanding the acquiring franchise to additional markets.

Nowadays, Getnet is the third largest acquirer in Latam (Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, and Uruguay) and we already operate across all European markets.


To achieve this goal, we are building a cloud-based acquiring architecture in which products are built based on microservices and deployed at all markets simultaneously, shortening time to market and improving value for customers.

In order to define and build these products, services catalog and customer journeys, we aim to attract the best possible talent.


To achieve this goal, PagoNxt is organized into three different businesses:

  • Merchant Solutions, for merchants and acquirers.
  • Trade Solutions, for corporates and SMEs.
  • Consumer Solutions, digital products and services for individuals.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets and market share growth in alignment with company objectives.
  • Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, setting clear objectives, and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for business expansion and innovation.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to expand market reach and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Lead negotiations of complex sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a highperforming sales team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and achievement.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to sales managers to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement capabilities.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and performance targets to drive accountability and measure team success.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing, product development and finance to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Champion the voice of the customer internally, providing valuable insights and feedback to inform product roadmap decisions and improve customer experience. Drive operational excellence and process optimization initiatives to streamline sales workflows, enhance efficiency, and maximize productivity.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the digital payments industry or related technology sectors, focused on European markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and achieve ambitious targets in a fastpaced, competitive environment.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and financial literacy, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and close complex deals.
  • Solid understanding of digital payment technologies, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing and motivating a geographically dispersed sales team, with a proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Europe and internationally.
