WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Head of Middle Office Receivables position entails overseeing global product operations and executing COO's global strategy.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a diverse Middle Office team, driving collaboration to achieve operational goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic plans focusing on growth, digitalization, and core systems optimization.
  • Process Improvement: Identify automation opportunities to boost efficiency and enhance customer experience.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement strategies to optimize product operations.
  • Technology Integration: Oversee technology integration to streamline processes and enhance client service.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing concerns effectively.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure operational compliance.
  • Risk Management: Manage and mitigate operational risks through robust internal controls.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum years of experience in similar roles.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's/University Degree in Engineering, Economics and Business Sciences, Finance, or Business Administration.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

  • This role necessitates leadership skills, operational expertise, and extensive banking industry knowledge.
  • English Level: C

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • Availability to travel required.
