Role We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who is a proactive problem solver and lightning-speed learner. We'll be counting on you to provide our clients with world-class customer service.

We are looking for a high-energy hustler who knows what it takes to keep our customers happy and our churn low.


Key responsibilities include:

Customers are your #1 priority, and you'll do whatever it takes to support themLearning our product inside and out to be able to solve questions quicklyOnboard new clients with different use cases and ensure a successful transition to our productTrack all tasks meticulously to make sure they are completed with in a reasonable time period.

You'll also work closely with our project manager & development team to make sure all tasks are pacing for a timely deliveryMaintain a deep understanding of our solutions and content and educate customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needsWork with sales engineers to synthesize data and translate complex ideas for development teamAbout You:
Proven success in creating exceptional and impactful customer service experiences, preferably for a SaaS productExcellent project management experience, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding communication, collaboration, and curiosity skillsStrong analytical skillset - we're a data driven companyStartup environment mentalityBonus points if you are a SQL or Tableau(or any other BI) wizard and familiar with the martech/adtech space
