We are looking for a Head of Sales with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our team in Madrid.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Identification of business opportunities with multilateral institutions, other international donors, the public and private sectors.
  • Elaboration/coordination of specialized technical, financial and administrative competitive bids
  • Maintain and expand network of partners and experts
  • Create leads and negotiate contracts with clients and partners, in existing and new markets.
  • Follow market trends to identify new service lines and products in line with the Company's mission.
  • Participation in international commercial missions and sectoral events

Key skills

  • Independent professional with demonstrated hands-on experience with donor-funded projects in the energy, water, infrastructure sectors.
  • Business orientated, commercially driven with strong acumen for international project development, especially in emerging markets
  • Experienced negotiator, flexible to deal with counterparts from varied cultural and hierarchical backgrounds.
  • Strong communicator, excellent English skills, oral and written; French is an asset
  • Eye for detail, time management skills, ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to travel
  • Proficient use of MS Office; Familiar with CRM welcome (Salesforce or similar).
