También serás responsable de desarrollar al equipo de tienda, liderando con el ejemplo en planta, y garantizando que utilizamos el máximo potencial de todas las herramientas digitales disponibles.
Tendrás que asegurar que se respeten las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa a nivel operacional y garantizar el cumplimento de la estrategia comercial en todo momento.
Como parte de tus tareas tendrás que, en colaboración con los demás managers de la tienda:planificar horarios de los equipos, garantizar niveles de stock y reposición en tienda adecuados y analizar los KPI's de tu departamento.

- Conocimientos de los canales OMNI y de su impacto en la estrategia comercial
