Job Title: Sales Development Executive (SDE)

Join our dynamic Sales Development Executive (SDE) team where we aim to revolutionize the software industry by delivering exceptional digital experiences to our customers.

Our goal is to enhance sales productivity by creating a well-qualified pipeline that leads to increased revenue.

The SAP Sales Development Executive will engage customers using digital selling strategies, manage software license opportunities, and drive revenue growth in collaboration with Sales Executives focusing on Large Enterprises.

Working closely with various teams and resources, including sales, marketing, and partners, the Sales Development Executive will connect with customers in a specified region.

Challenge yourself by demonstrating the value of software solutions to customers and advance your career as part of a highly successful sales team

Expectations and Responsibilities:

  • Generate Leads and Opportunities through targeted prospecting in specific industries
  • Plan prospecting strategies in coordination with the Sales Team
  • Conduct proactive outbound activities
  • Engage with key executives using various communication channels
  • Achieve ambitious sales and Demand Generation goals
  • Stay ahead of digital transformation trends
  • Utilize the latest digital sales tools and strategies
  • Assist in strategic projects and business initiatives

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of B2B Demand Generation or Sales Experience in software sales
  • Experience in the Italian market

Education and Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business Administration, IT, Digital Transformation, or related fields
  • Proficiency in Italian and English
  • Passion for new technologies
  • Understanding of industry-specific business challenges
  • Strong customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Active listening skills to identify customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results
  • Team player with quick learning abilities
  • Innate drive for success and continuous growth
