The Global Finance AR team in TikTok looks after the revenue management of various business streams.
The AR manager manages the team and partners with the business and all stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency in a high-quality revenue enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the EU AR-BP team, assign team responsibilities and provide training/guidance to the team. Be responsible for the team's deliverables on contract reviews, billing, fund allocation, AR collection, reporting etc.
- Be responsible for providing accounting requirements, revenuerelated business information, system optimization etc. liaising between local AR team and HQ.
- Interact with EU sales teams on behalf of Finance AR to improve local revenue management qualities.
- Propose corresponding system optimization requirements in response to the changes in business development.
- Build/optimize processes, specifications, related templates, etc. working with local AR manager and HQ.
- Provide relevant support to the business teams as necessary.
- Other ad hoc work assigned by the leader.
Qualifications:
- Strong logical thinking and team management skills, sense of responsibility, good work habits, sound judgment and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when working under pressure
- 6+ years of ARrelated work experience, preferably with International digital marketing revenue management experience. Understands the local commercial market environment, processes and customer habits in European countries
- EU/internationally renowned university bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting, preferably with local certificate/qualification.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage for communication with stakeholders in the region
