Research relevant industry news and developments, pro-actively acting on any information you gather from your research – or from candidates.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines and communities for current and future requisition.
Job Functions

  • Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent demographic data tounderstand and identify the current and future market conditions.
  • Be an advisor to our talent acquisition team regarding the marketplace and constantlyevolving, tweaking, and improving the search strategy to deliver excellence.
  • Leverage existing resources (ATS, social media, job boards and any other open sources)and share information that facilitates an effective sourcing and candidate attractionstrategy.
  • Work on improving candidate experience by maintaining a very close relationship toattract interested, qualified and motivated potentials.
  • Proactively develop robust candidate pipelines across a diverse range of business andfunctional areas for current and future hires by using a multichannel sourcing approach.
  • Utilize appropriate social media sourcing and branding tools to support with talentattraction.
  • Develop and carry out a referral sourcing strategy.
  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
  • Use appropriate candidate marketing for candidate associations/pools/professionalgroups and affiliations, alumni websites, Boolean searches, targetedcompanies/individuals, use of analytics tools, etc.;
  • Ensure our candidate database is up to date and holds all relevant candidate information.
Qualifications Education

  • Master's degree is desired or equivalent by experience.
Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a strategic/technical recruitment Sourcer is essential.
  • Experience with online and offline sourcing and recruiting techniques.
  • Experience setting up pipelines and building communities
  • Demonstrated experience with social media marketing and digital networking.
  • Proficient in relevant office software and ATS/database systems, preferablySmartRecruiters.
  • Ability to conduct online and pre-screening interviews.
  • The ability to stay up to date with competitor information and market trendsKnowledge, Skills And Abilities
