Key Responsibilities:
- Provide firstlevel technical support for the cloud protection cybersecurity service, which includes troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to the service
- Provide timely and effective solutions to meet customer needs
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues in the service
- Create and maintain technical documentation, such as user guides and knowledge base articles
- Provide product feedback and suggestions for improvements to the service manager
- Participate in customer meetings and conference calls to provide technical expertise and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or related field
- Strong technical background in cloud cybersecurity
- Experience with cloud computing technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with ticketing systems, such as Jira or ServiceNow.
Preferred:
- Understanding of network protocols and packet analysis
- Experience with cloud security solutions, such as CASB, cloud security posture management, and cloud workload protection platforms
- Familiarity with compliance standards such ISO 2700
- Relevant technical certifications, such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, Azure or AWS Certified.
