Tasks

What would you be doing?

Helping scale the business and building a powerful sales operations engine to help recruit more sellers and retain them by:

  • Building and owning seller acquisition and seller retention KPIs
  • Creating automated seller journeys to improve these KPIs
  • Unlocking the unexplored potential of our seller CRM, Zoho
  • Making sure that our Zoho users are great at using it
  • Building a set of tools to accelerate seller acquisition across all categories
Team structure

  • You'll work directly with Vince, the Head of Experience at Voggt
  • You'll work hand in hand with the Commercial Team
  • You'll collaborate with our Tech team to automate as many things as possible
Role & Responsibilities

We're looking for passionate personalities committed to:

  • Building KPIs around seller acquisition and seller retention
  • Creating automated seller journeys to improve seller activation & retention on the platform:
  • Building workflows and communications in the CRM
  • Measuring the impact of the journeys on sellers KPIs and iterate to increase seller retention
  • Documenting journeys/automations to make sure they are well known within the company
  • Unlocking the unexplored potential of our seller CRM, Zoho
:

  • Identifying time consuming operations that could be automated through our CRM
  • Exploring new products in the Zoho suite to build more automations (Invoicing, etc.)
  • Building complex business processes (Blueprints)
  • Making sure that our Zoho users are great at using it
  • Building a set of tools to accelerate seller acquisition/retention across all categories

Requirements:

Key Requirements

  • You have strong background in sales operations:
  • You have a strong business acumen and a good understanding of commercial processes
  • You have a solid technical background, at least in SQL and Python, ideally in Javascript
  • You love to discover new tools/languages:
  • You are willing to become a Zoho CRM expert and learn how to code in Deluge
  • You can spend time on a tool without clear guidelines to find new ideas/efficiencies
  • You love when things are structured and dataoriented:
  • You know how to divide an initiative in very concrete steps
  • You know how to clearly define a timeline and stick to it
  • You have strong analytical skills to support your decisions
  • You like to work autonomously:
  • Once defined and planned together with your manager and other teams, you know how to deliver a project on your own
  • You know how to ask for help or direction when needed
  • You are not afraid of the unexpected and navigate well around uncertainty:
  • You don't feel overwhelmed when things don't always go as planned
  • You know what working in a startup means, with regular new projects, changes in scopes because of very high growth
