About the Job:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for helping with management with day-to-day Operation matters. Daily, weekly, and monthly health checks, performance analysis, oversight, and presentation to executive management. The ideal operations manager will manage all projects related to Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct staff performance reviews, assess needs, cost/benefit analysis and other operational strategy assessments.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to executive management
- Summarize, collect and analyze performance trends and data for regular performance reports.
- Identify and implement improvements to our operational structure
- Optimize processes and develop scalable solutions to increase quality and efficiency
- Diligently document and measure progress and final results
- Project Management
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Operations or related field
- Background in Training and Development is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be very detailed oriented
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good to excellent skills on excel, charts and graphs
- Must have experience reading and analyzing data
