Job Description:

  • Manage assigned pipeline and conduct outbound calls and meetings with restaurant groups and chains
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders (CEO, Operations Manager, Marketing Manager, etc)
  • Negotiate terms, rates, and closures of new business
  • Promote our distribution platform and value proposition through consultative approaches
  • Customize customer interactions to address needs and challenges effectively
  • Represent our brand and platform in a professional and compelling manner
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with sales operations and account management teams for a seamless sales process
  • Show resilience and determination in overcoming obstacles
  • Build relationships with destination marketing organizations to acquire new customers
  • Participate in trade events, speaking engagements, and team meetings as required

Qualifications:

  • 4-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in an online company
  • Native Spanish speaker with a strong command of English
  • Preferably experience in the travel industry, especially with tours, activities, or attractions
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new business and surpassing sales goals consistently
  • Proficiency in territory and pipeline management using CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and relevant languages
  • Results-oriented mentality with a proactive approach to acquiring new customers
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to execute initiatives independently
  • Confident, energetic, adaptable, and organized with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
