The Team
This role sits within the ERP and Corporate Functions team at Consumer Healthcare (CHC) Digital.

We are a dynamic team passionate about accompanying Sanofi CHC through its most exciting and challenging journey as it seeks to become a fully carved in P&L within Sanofi.

Main responsibilities

  • Build development architecture, development lifecycle and processes by engaging with technical and functional stakeholders to ensure smooth and sustainable development delivery
  • Define and own the operating model (onsite, nearshore, and offshore) for development with the implementation partner(s) and functional teams
  • Design and build development best practices, standards, norms
  • Design, implement and execute sustainable governance to make sure each stakeholder in development process is following right process and tools with norms/standards/security rules
  • Coordinate all development activities liaising with the implementation partner by building the development industrialization model (Capacity plan, rampup/rampdown, expected skills, workload, and delivery date)
  • Engage with implementation partners and functional teams to ensure development delivery is time and cost efficient. Follow up the delivery plan and quality with implementation partner, execute quality controls on delivered development
  • Own RICEFW repository
  • Support SAP Platform team for projects & run including refreshes, patch sessions, technical upgrades whenever development relevant activity is necessary
  • Build strategy to identify issues and prioritize by engaging with relevant stakeholders, align on action plans and manage development lifecycle optimization
  • Engage with digital and business stakeholders and influence project decisions; assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands
  • Ensure solution documentation & capitalization of knowledge, organize knowledge transfer within team and upskilling as required
10+ years' work experience on SAP Development, including experience in SAP implementation and lifecycle projects Hands-on knowledge on SAP architecture, components General expertise in IT infrastructure technologies (SQL, Hana, Oracle DB, Servers, OS) and Cloud services (AWS, Azure)

Deep Knowledge in Strong SAP Development (SAP ABAP) background with experience leading developers on development projects Strong understanding of interface fundamentals with an experience working with legacy interface development teams Conceptual understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Significant experience in IT service management and tools (ITIL, ServiceNow, Solman) Experience in Project Management, involving Agile and Digital methodologies At ease with Microsoft Office tools, and in general with IS tools Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management Can communicate solutions, ideas, suggestions to a variety of stakeholders effectively and comprehensibly Conceptual and analytical thinking - ability to extract, analyse and document complex business and technical requirements or strategies Knowledge of technological trends Soft skills Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated conflict resolution & problem-solving skills in a global environment Strong appetite to learn and discover, entrepreneur mindset Adaptable and open to change Team player, service-oriented Analytical and synthetic, able to formalize solutions, good writing skills Strong oral and written communication skills With leadership attitude, autonomy and results driven Role model our 4 values:
