Your role in our team

  • Provide professional and friendly customer service
  • Collect all relevant information and document within our CRM system in a clear and timely manner.
  • Triage and troubleshoot software, hardware and datarelated problems.
  • Manage customer issues/expectations in accordance policy and procedures.
  • Identify and escalate more difficult and complex issues to Tier 2 or Tier3 suppo

Your profile

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating systems
  • Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, and positive attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problemsolving skills
  • 12 years technical customer support experience

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with operating systems and RF hardware is a plus
  • Experience or industry knowledge in supply chain warehouse
  • Experience in MS SQL databases, queries, and stored procedures
- management solutions a plus

  • Prior experience with ServiceNow
