Job Description
In a Nutshell
As a Service Desk Agent, you'll be the first contact point to assist employees with all IT queries, supporting around 8,000 end-users and 200+ sites across Europe.
Where Will You Be Based and What Business Will You Support?
As part of the Europe Service Desk Team in Barcelona, you'll provide support to our Food, Feed & Agro Testing Europe business, assisting internal users in the lab, office, and VIPs to ensure smooth operations.
How Can You Help Us?
As a 1st Level Support, you'll offer technical assistance to end-users in Europe (English), France (French), and Spanish-speaking markets by troubleshooting, researching, and escalating issues as needed.
You'll Support End Users Regarding:
- Workplace queries and issues
- M365 problems (Outlook, Office, Teams, etc.)
- Identity and Access Management
- Printing-related queries
- Desktop and Server patching
- Applications issues needing triage
Your Main Activities Will Include:
- Classifying and resolving requests
- Managing escalations
- Creating operational documents
- Identifying Workarounds
- Maintaining Knowledge articles
- Identifying potential Service Catalogue items
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Service Desk Agent, troubleshooting Windows, M365, strong communication skills, and fluency in English, French, and Spanish.
