Funciones
Desde ISPROX buscamos un Site Manager Fotovoltaicas para unirse a empresa líder en ingeniería y consultoría dentro del sector de las energías renovables. Serás el encargado de dirigir proyectos fotovoltaicos a gran escala y supervisar la correcta ejecución de los mismos. Funciones del puesto:
- Supervisión y gestión diaria del sitio asegurando el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos.
- Coordinación efectiva entre todos los departamentos implicados para garantizar un flujo óptimo de trabajo.
- Controlar e implementar medidas necesarias para cumplir con las normativas vigentes relacionadas a seguridad laboral.
- Gestión eficaz del personal a cargo, promoviendo un clima laboral positivo.
- Resolver problemas técnicos que puedan surgir durante la ejecución del proyecto.
- Asegurar una comunicación fluida entre todas las partes interesadas: proveedores, contratistas y equipo interno.
- Formación Superior en Ingeniería Civil o similar.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 años en gestión de proyectos fotovoltaicos.
- Experiencia demostrable trabajando al lado del cliente y brindando acompañamiento en obra.
- Habilidades excepcionales para la comunicación efectiva con diferentes partes interesadas: clientes, contratistas e internas.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente manteniendo el foco en los objetivos globales del proyecto.
- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para resolver problemas complejos relacionados con la construcción civil y las energías renovables.
- Contratación directa e indefinida por parte de nuestro cliente.
