The Role:
Seeking a Procurement Specialist for a Temporary Position of 6 months. In this role, you will be responsible for securing the availability of outsourced products, spare parts, consumables, commodities, and engineering materials for delivery in Europe.
You will manage a diversified portfolio to maximize service and inventory turns.
What you will do:
- Place orders to internal and external suppliers
- Monitor suppliers' deliveries and confirmations
- Identify and resolve gaps independently
- Communicate monthly forecasts to suppliers
- Analyze suppliers' delivery performances and implement improvement plans
- Identify opportunities to enhance inventory turns and suppliers' performances
What you need to have:
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in an industrial environment
- MSc or technical degree in supply chain management
- APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP preferred)
- Experience with SAP MM module and MS Excel
- Fluent in English, additional European language desired
