Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Leader to join our team as the Head of Global Procurement for IT Infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the purchasing organization of a small division or BU or country/region to deliver maximum benefit from Global, Regional and local sourcing.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Annual Procurement Strategy: Prepare an annual purchasing strategy for a small division or BU or country/region and ensure it is aligned to Global Procurement Strategies.
  • Lead Procurement Team: Direct the management and development of Procurement teams, including direct reports and indirect reports with 10+ years of experience in Procurement or related fields.
  • Negotiate Agreements: Direct the negotiation of agreements and lead the establishment of contracts to decrease total cost with specified quality and service levels and ensure supply security.
  • Implement Procurement Systems: Direct the implementation and utilization of Procurement systems and tools in Countries, and ensure consistent tracking of savings and other Procurement KPIs, according to group policies.
  • Thought Leadership: Demonstrate thought leadership related to the identification, implementation and continuous improvement of sourcing best practices, systems and processes and policies alignment.
Requirements:
  • Education: University/Advanced degree is required, Master's Degree/other advanced degree in IT, Business Administration, is preferred.
  • Skills: Advanced Negotiation Skills, Strong project management and other leadership experience, Senior Stakeholder Management.
