Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to improve reliability, reduce complexity, and shorten lead times.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing and technical opportunities.
- Apply the Total Delivered Cost (TDC) process to build and reinforce a best-in-class supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure action plans and project milestones are met.
- Develop business continuity plans and risk assessments to mitigate supply disruptions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Business, or Management fields.
- Fluent English level is a must; another European language is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in International Sourcing, supply chain, or project management is a plus.
