Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience and proven track record in E2E
recruiting within the ecommerce sector, including areas like Product, Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Vendor Management. - Strong experience working and navigating with
datadriven recruitment: - Demonstrated ability to meet
ambitious targets and tight deadlines. - Proficient in using
advanced recruitment technologies and databases. - Adept at
building and maintaining stakeholder relationships. - Capable of
influencing stakeholders and driving decisionmaking processes. - Comfortable
working with remote teams. - Knowledgeable about
employment law and regulations relevant to recruitment. - Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time permanent contract.
