- 5+ years experience and proven track record in E2E recruiting within the e-commerce sector, including areas like Product, Tech, Sales, Marketing, and Vendor Management.
- Strong experience working and navigating with data-driven recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to meet ambitious targets and tight deadlines.
- Skilled in candidate screening and conducting interviews.
- Proficient in using advanced recruitment technologies and databases.
- Adept at building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Capable of influencing stakeholders and driving decision-making processes.
- Comfortable working with remote teams.
- Knowledgeable about employment law and regulations relevant to recruitment.
- Expertise in diverse sourcing strategies, including online sourcing, networking, and leveraging advertising platforms for candidate search.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
