Automat-it is a leading AWS Premier partner empowering startups with DevOps and FinOps expertise. We're seeking a skilled recruiter to join our team and help us attract top talent for our EMEA operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain candidate pipelines using various sources, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
  2. Collaborate with Senior Recruiters, departments, and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
  3. Support the hiring process for assigned roles and work closely with other recruiters to generate candidates.
  4. Provide a positive candidate experience and represent the company as a brand ambassador.
  5. Build a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organization's goals.
  6. Ensure each role is posted on relevant platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.

Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter in a global tech company
  2. 1+ year of experience in interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting technical roles in IT/DevOps/Cloud fields
  3. 1+ years of experience in global recruitment
  4. In-depth experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/X-ray search
  5. Working experience with ATS
  6. A proven track record of engaging talent through tools
  7. Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
