We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team at Tinybird Inc. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class recruiting experience to hiring managers, candidates, and HR colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement standardized hiring processes across different departments to ensure we attract and hire the best talent.
- Coordinate the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing candidates, resume review, interview arrangements, and employment offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to successfully match candidate skill sets to business needs, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
- Develop a sourcing strategy, utilizing market knowledge and data analysis to inform these decisions and drive business results.
- Write high-impact, creative job adverts that showcase our company culture and values, increasing talent attraction and engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
- Contribute to improving and enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring a positive and memorable interaction.
- Work closely with the business to develop campaigns that support recruitment drives or initiatives, such as attendance at virtual careers fairs and industry events.
- Manage end-to-end candidate management, including active sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview, and offer.
- Increase proactive talent pooling, recruitment marketing, and employer branding to establish Tinybird Inc. as an employer of choice.
- Work proactively with hiring managers to understand medium- and long-term business needs, ensuring a strategic approach to recruitment.
- Manage external recruitment agencies, assessing their performance and ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Prepare and conduct onboarding processes for all new joiners, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of previous recruiting experience, preferably in technical roles.
- Good knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing and assessment methods.
- Deep knowledge of recruiting best practices and a diverse range of sourcing methods.
- Good knowledge of applicant tracking systems and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, with excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment, working well independently and remotely.
- Fluent written and verbal English language skills, with Spanish a plus.
Tinybird Inc. is a fully remote company that values transparency, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. We offer a competitive package, up to 90k depending on experience, plus Stock Options. We provide 22 days of holiday a year, plus your birthday and public holidays. You will have the freedom to work from wherever suits you best, with a preference for candidates based in Spain.
