Función


Deberá proporcionar un servicio de primera calidad, minimizando los tiempos de respuesta y manteniendo los parámetros de Calidad definidos por el Grupo.

Tramitará piezas en garantía, realizará muestras para clientes y la gestión del showroom.

Tareas clave de Técnico Repair Center

  • Realización de diagnóstico de avería en taller.
  • Realización de presupuestos de reparación
  • Gestión del proceso de taller con interlocución con los clientes y almacén Domino.
  • Reparación y gestión de equipos en taller.
  • Registro de la actividad técnica realizada en taller en los sistemas indicados por la compañía.
  • Realización de muestras o demostraciones a clientes en taller o sala demo.
  • Mantenimiento de las instalaciones del Repair Center y sala demo.
  • Gestión de piezas en garantía con nuestras centrales
  • Cualquier tarea que se ponga de manifiesto en función de las necesidades puntuales de la Empresa.

Educación/Training

  • Bachillerato o formación profesional técnica.
  • Imprescindible nível medio de inglés.
Experiência/Conocimiento

  • Experiência previa como técnico.
  • Valorable experiência en sector atención al cliente.
