What You'll Do

  • Present Uber Eats services clearly to restaurant owners (potential customers) including our values, products, and projects to encourage them to join us.
  • Lead the entire sales process, which involves prospecting, making initial calls, displaying, negotiating, securing deals, and guiding restaurants through the onboarding process until they optimally complete their first month on the UberEats platform
  • Conduct commercial negotiations to secure partnerships with highpotential restaurants and establish the foundation of a strong working relationship with our restaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both parties.
  • Proven sophisticated negotiation skills, including the ability to accurately calculate a deal's impact, ensure the protection of commercial fairness, inject creativity into dealmaking, and proficiency in datadriven calculations
  • Close deals with restaurants and facilitate smooth and reliable steps of onboarding until their first order on the app.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in CRM systems.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and market trends.
  • 50% travel is required.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in an inside and/or field sales position ideally for a highgrowth company, (Technology, FMCG, or Hospitality industry) or clientfacing position.
  • Experience in handling an entire sales funnel from sourcing, cold calling, negotiating, contract closing, to customer extra care support.
  • Clear communication skills supported by a high level of dedication.
  • Relentlessly driven, selfmotivated, goaloriented, and problem solver.
  • A driven, autonomous, resultsoriented profile with organizational and initiativetaking abilities in a constantly evolving and targetdriven environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in Spanish is required.
  • A deep understanding of the Uber Eats product and familiarity with the restaurant market are assets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Good level of English for effective communication in an international context.
