As a Partner Operations Support intern you will be a key representative on the Glovo Operation team helping handle the small partners in the company.
Be a part of a team where you will:
- Give you the trust and support to grow, develop, and make a difference while encouraging you to bring your unique perspective to the table
- Collaborate together and learn from each other
- Proactively call the partners providing assistance and understanding their needs
- Support the Partner Operations team in the daily tasks with main focus on partner retention and "educational" calls
- Answer to all enquiries from customers within the same day
- Be responsible for and manage the progress of all tasks allocated to you by the Operation team
- Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved, such as the Finance and Account Manager departments
- Bring innovation to and assist in the implement successful processes and automation opportunities
- Give status reports for each task you are involved in
You have:
