Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern to join our Marketing Operations Team. As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our business by optimizing marketing resources, improving data quality, and enhancing our marketing tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the enrichment of our inbound funnel data and assist in routing prospects to our Business Development Team.
- Connect the dots between when a prospect indicates they are ready to talk to Sales and power up our abilities to segment our database for highly personalized and targeted campaigns.
- Learn about the design and function of a marketing funnel in a high-growth enterprise SaaS model, digital marketing tracking, and reporting.
- Use Salesforce CRM to match prospects to proper accounts, detect prospects via tools like LinkedIn, and pull data for data quality from our in-house analytic tool.
- Build reports and list views in Salesforce CRM, perform basic Excel analytics, and assist Marketing Operations Team members in day-to-day tasks.
Requirements:
- Student or graduate of marketing/business studies looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced performance-oriented team.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze thousands of data rows using conditional formatting, pivot tables, lookup functions, and advanced filtering.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to think critically, and quickly comprehend new topics and interrelationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Availability for at least 6 months, ideally one year.
