Marketing Operations Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern to join our team at Celonis. As a Marketing Operations Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our marketing efforts by enriching our inbound funnel data and assisting in routing prospects to our Business Development Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using Salesforce CRM to match prospects to proper accounts
- Detecting prospects via tools like LinkedIn
- Pulling data for data quality from our in-house analytic tool
- Building reports and list views in Salesforce CRM
- Performing basic Excel analytics (tables, advance filtering, look up, pivot tables)
- Assisting Marketing Operations Team members in day-to-day tasks
Requirements:
- Student or graduate of marketing/business studies looking to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced performance-oriented team
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze thousands of data rows using conditional formatting, pivot tables, lookup functions, and advance filtering
- Strong analytical skills, ability to think critically, and work in a structured manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Availability for at least 6 months, ideally one year
