Role Overview

Quadient is seeking a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for managing our marketing technology stack, integrating new technologies, and improving overall marketing efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar roles, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and process automation tools is required. Experience in implementing Marketing Technology solutions and optimizing existing Mar Tech stacks is a plus.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across our marketing operations, ensuring that we maximize the impact of our marketing strategies and campaigns. They will oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools. They will also manage a team of Marketing Operations Project Managers and provide leadership across lead scoring, routing, and nurturing processes & tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
  • Manage a team of Marketing Operations Project Managers.
  • Provide leadership across lead scoring, routing, and nurturing processes & tools.
  • Collaborate with global/regional marketing teams to standardize technology, processes, and global best practices.
  • Track ROI across various technology, channels, and campaigns.
  • Support the Marketing organization to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns through optimized technology & processes.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or similar roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and process automation tools.
  • Experience in implementing Marketing Technology solutions and optimizing existing Mar Tech stacks is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Technology Architecture & Integration of different tools/solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and cultures.
