Estás serán tus
responsabilidades claves en la aventura :
- Liderar y desarrollar un equipo de Vendor Managers, asegurando una formación adecuada, orientación y desarrollo de carrera.
- Gestionar y liderar la formación, incluyendo el onboarding, de los Vendor Managers en procesos, herramientas y mejores prácticas
- Implementar prácticas y procesos para evolucionar la efectividad de los Vendor Managers en desarrollar relaciones de partnership con marcas y fabricantes.
- Colaborar con los Category Managers para alinear estrategias de surtido y promociones, así como para asignar recursos de Vendor Management a través de las categorías según necesidades acordes con la estrategia de la compañía.
- Optimizar y colaborar para la mejora de procesos de cadena de suministro y de la gestión del inventario
- Analizar datos del mercado y del rendimiento de productos para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento.
- Implementar mejores prácticas de gestión de proveedores y procesos de compra eficientes, incluyendo la conexión con nuestro departamento de tecnología para el desarrollo y priorización eficaz de
- Monitorear y gestionar el rendimiento del equipo y de los proveedores, estableciendo KPIs claros y relevantes.
- Resolver problemas y desafíos operativos relacionados con la gestión de proveedores.
Requisitos necesarios para poder llevarla a cabo :
- Título universitario en Negocios, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.
- Amplia experiência comprobada liderando equipos y desarrollando profesionales.
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en gestión de proveedores o compras, preferiblemente en un entorno de retail. Capacidad para demostrar un conocimiento técnico y funcional amplio en esas áreas.
- Fuertes habilidades de negociación y experiência en gestión de contratos.
- Excelente habilidad analítica y experiência trabajando con grandes conjuntos de datos.
- Competencia en software de gestión de proveedores y plataformas de análisis de datos.
- Habilidades sobresalientes de comunicación, tanto escrita como verbal.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido.
- Dominio del inglés y español. Un idioma adicional
