Misión:

  • Consolidar, desarrollar y gestionar las cuentas de Food Service, así como captar nuevos clientes para alcanzar los objetivos marcados, respetando la estrategia y política comercial del canal.
Principales Funciones

Presupuesto:

  • Realizar el seguimiento del presupuesto de los clientes bajo su responsabilidad, así como analizar las desviaciones y proponer posibles medidas correctoras.
  • Gestión y desarrollo de clientes:
  • Gestionar al cliente mediante visitas periódicas, presentación de producto, campañas, ofertas y otras acciones de fidelización.
  • Mantener y reforzar la relación de largo plazo con los clientes para maximizar ventas y obtener los objetivos de facturación y rentabilidad
  • Dar soporte de forma proactiva a las cuentas de clientes asegurando el valor añadido de nuestros productos/ servicios, buscando superar las expectativas de cada cliente.
  • Realizar las negociaciones anuales de plantillas alineadas con el plan estratégico de la compañía.
  • Proponer, consensuar y diseñar el Plan de negocio/Plan de Cuenta anual con cada cliete/cuenta.
  • Diseñar y elaborar junto con Marketing la estrategia promocional y negociarla y planificarla con cada cuenta.
  • Desarrollar un entorno de relación colaborativa con su cartera de clientes, maximizando las herramientas de Trade Marketing a su disposición (Información de Mercado (Kantar, etc), acciones punto de venta, etc) para convertirse en el socio preferido de Food Service.
  • Seguir y controlar de forma habitual y proactiva el nível de satisfacción del cliente y establecer medidas para mantener y mejorar la calidad en el servicio.
  • Realizar la cumplimentación de plantillas de acuerdos comerciales, así como la gestión de maquinaria.
  • Gestión de consultas:
  • Resolver los problemas e incidencias diarias de los clientes asignados interactuando con los departamentos de las diferentes áreas implicadas (Supply Chain, Finanzas, Desarrollo de Negocio, Industrial) y realizar el seguimiento de todo el proceso hasta su resolución.
  • Asesorar al cliente en todas las consultas formuladas.
  • Gestionar las reclamaciones y no conformidades de calidad de productos/servicios de los clientes.
  • Captación de clientes:
  • Captación de nuevas cuentas regionales/nacionales identificando oportunidades de negocio permanentemente.
  • Detectar oportunidades de negocio y ampliar el portfolio ya existente dentro de la cartera de clientes activa.
  • Requisitos:
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiência gestionando canal Food Service
  • Licenciatura en ADE o similar
  • Ingles medioalto
  • Alto conocimiento de Excel y, muy valorado, conocimientos de SAP
