Misión:
Como Trade Spend Controller, serás un socio estratégico para el Departamento Comercial y un pilar esencial en Finanzas.
Tu capacidad para analizar el negocio y combinar tus conocimientos financieros te permitirá proporcionar insights clave que contribuirán al crecimiento de las ventas y la rentabilidad.
Estarás en constante colaboración con los equipos Comercial, Marketing y Supply Chain, así como con colegas de Finanzas, buscando continuamente mejorar la rentabilidad de nuestros productos.
Requerimientos:
- Grado Universitario en Economía, Administración de Empresas o campo similar.
- Inglés fluido (nivel Advance o superior). El portugués es un plus muy valorado.
- Experiencia previa en la Industria de Gran Consumo (FMCG), con conocimientos de canales Modernos y Tradicionales.
- Conocimientos de SAP R3 y habilidades avanzadas en Excel y Powerpoint.
- Familiaridad con BI y PowerBI, así como con softwares de TPM.
- Habilidad para gestionar proyectos y trabajar en equipos multidisciplinarios.
- Persona organizada, orientada a resultados, rigurosa y capaz de cumplir con los plazos establecidos.
- Actitud positiva para aprender constantemente y adaptarse a un entorno cambiante.
Roles y Responsabilidades:
- Realizar análisis del negocio y procesos para proponer mejoras en la rentabilidad de los productos.
- Participar en los ciclos financieros, incluyendo análisis mensual de resultados hasta Gross Margin, Price Volume Mix Análisis, así como en los procesos de Budget y Forecast / LE.
- Enfocarse en promociones, condiciones contractuales de clientes, assortment, pricing y estructura de márgenes.
- Colaborar en el análisis y validación de promociones utilizando el TPM (BluePlanner).
- Proporcionar soporte transitorio para el registro y mantenimiento de condiciones de facturación en SAP.
