Job Description

Job Title: Financial Controller Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller Coordinator to join our team at Allianz Technology. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for bringing cost transparency to our Service Owners and supporting them daily on all financial topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Product Costs centers and profit centers, ensuring proper cost allocation.
  • Direct costs and revenue accruals during monthly closing.
  • Operating profit analysis.
  • Monthly cost and revenue forecast (data gathering and analysis).
  • Monthly Dashboard to Service owners (actuals vs budget/forecast analysis and comments).
  • Provide financial advice to the Service Owner.
  • Manage external spend requests for direct costs and budget approval for the OSPC committee in SNOW (for spend requests over 100k€, should request pillar controller approval).
  • Participate in weekly demand book sessions.
  • Quarterly true-up calculation.
  • Data gathering and analysis during the planning process for your scope of responsibility.
  • Address all requests/questions from central and local controlling teams for your scope of responsibility.
  • Overhead follow-up.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in IT Controlling / FPA / Cost Controlling.
  • Language: English and French (optional).
  • Tool: SAP.
  • Seniority level: Level 3 specialist, has solid experience and is able to work independently or with very little guidance.
