La posición de Country Manager implica una responsabilidad integral en el desarrollo, crecimiento y gestión de las operaciones de la compañía en España y Portugal.


Principales responsabilidades:

Evaluación del mercado:

  • Realizar diagnósticos exhaustivos y auditorías de mercado para identificar oportunidades y desafíos específicos en los mercados de España y Portugal.
  • Analizar el parque de vehículos, marcas y gamas a desarrollar, así como las necesidades del consumidor, competencia y oportunidades emergentes.
  • Evaluar la competencia en los mercados europeos para definir los puntos fuertes y débiles de la empresa en comparación con sus competidores.
  • Formular recomendaciones estratégicas basadas en los resultados de los análisis para optimizar la presencia de la compañía en estos mercados y estimular el crecimiento en volumen de negocio y cuota de mercado.

Estrategia de desarrollo:

  • Desplegar las recomendaciones derivadas de los diagnósticos y auditorías, aprovechando la experiência previa de la compañía en cada país.
  • Estructurar y capitalizar las mejores prácticas de desarrollo aplicadas en diferentes territorios.
  • Establecer una hoja de ruta y una caja de herramientas para el desarrollo de la organización en nuevos territorios, centrándose en la adquisición de notoriedad de marca, generación de tráfico, mejora de la tasa de conversión y aumento de las ventas.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos operativos en Francia, incluyendo marketing, tecnología de la información, gestión de ingresos, logística y el Centro de Relaciones con el Cliente (CRC), para implementar las recomendaciones y la estrategia definidas por la dirección.

Seguimiento de los KPI:

  • Aplicar indicadores clave de rendimiento para evaluar la eficacia de las estrategias implementadas, como el tráfico de comercio electrónico, ventas, crecimiento de la base de clientes y calidad del servicio.
  • Liderar todas las unidades de negocio en relación con estos KPI, asegurando una alineación adecuada y un enfoque centrado en el logro de los objetivos establecidos.

Gestión del equipo internacional:

  • Supervisar y gestionar de manera efectiva el equipo en España y relacionarse con el equipo internacional en Francia, proporcionando liderazgo, dirección y apoyo para garantizar un rendimiento óptimo y una colaboración efectiva entre los miembros del equipo.

  • Background demostrado y solvente en el sector recambista: Experiência previa sólida y comprobada en el sector de recambios automotrices, con un profundo conocimiento de las dinámicas del mercado y las tendencias relevantes.
  • Habilidades analíticas y conocimiento de los pure players del sector. Fuerte orientación a la toma de deciciones a través de datos
  • Se valorará la experiência previa en roles similares, así como un dominio fluido del francés, español y posiblemente otros idiomas pertinentes.
